The only problem with rape is the rape part. What constitutes as rape to one person does not to another. For example married woman goes out to a bar gets drunk,... now here me out on this one. If she goes willingly to the hotel with a man and gets knocked up and claims rape after her husband finds out can we kill them? I'm all for killing people. Child molesters, the entire state of Louisiana, people that leave their blinker on driving on the freeway... But can we kill a guy because a woman says rape NOW?

Don't get your nickers in a bunch. I believe in the death penalty because I think it provides our society a means of getting rid of people that are pests and parasites. I'm 26 and I don't imagine I'll live more then 74 more so I can safely say I have lived 25% of my life killing free!
