Both acts. We have a single mother of 2 clinging to life because someone doused her in gasoline and set her on fire. I'm sure to the person who did it, felt justified. But imagine a world where justice is relative and vengeance killings were legal?

He wont be raping anyone anytime soon, or do you think he was going to get better? My only regret is that she didn't use a slower more painful means of punishment.

The only problem with rape is the rape part. What constitutes as rape to one person does not to another. For example married woman goes out to a bar gets drunk,... now here me out on this one. If she goes willingly to the hotel with a man and gets knocked up and claims rape after her husband finds out can we kill them? I'm all for killing people. Child molesters, the entire state of Louisiana, people that leave their blinker on driving on the freeway... But can we kill a guy because a woman says rape NOW?

Were there any witnesses to the taunt or is this a he said she said thing? The mother being described as having a mental illness after this might have taken the opportunity of this man's three day release to commit this vengeance murder and there may have been no real exchange between them at all.

The taunt occured in a pub (so there's definitely witnesses, though the quality of them is a different matter). Analogous to Kenneth Rex McElroy murder in US (McElroy was a town bully, shot in broad daylight 1981--to date, none convicted of the murder).

Soriano's attack on the woman's teenage daughter took place in 1998. The girl was going to buy a loaf of bread when Soriano snatched her from the street, threatened her with a knife and raped her. Her mother is said to have suffered mental illness ever since.

I have an elder sister that was raped as a child, shes nuts, legally nuts.

for many girls the rape never ends for the rest of their life they are destroyed.

we have such great justice here.......when it went to court he got a slap on the hand probation.......mental health.......and has to pay for her mental health issues for the rest of her life, he raped her more than one time until they found her but u know what because he had the right to be in front of the person accusing him he got nadda zip for the crime that he committed because she was not mentally able to stand in the court room at age five and say thats the man that hurt me!!!!

even the charge of kidnapping was thrown out because she could not stand in court and say yes he is the one that did it.

our family lives every day with the results of what happened, it is not an issue that ever goes away because of how she was left.

so i say to the mother that did this GOOD FOR YOU!!!!!!!!!
