I am from Green Cove Springs, Florida. That's a small town up near Jacksonville. I'm an Honest-To-Goodness Florida native from a long line of Florida natives.

Yolanda is from Cagayan de Oro. She has never been outside of the PI and has barely ever been off of Mindanao.

There is a huge PI community here in NE Florida. I have many PI friends here who are excited to help her adjust to her new surroundings. There is even a Jollibee opening in Jax any day now.

My fiancee is from Pangasinan, and splits time between there and Metro Manila. And she has to deal with a lot of chismis from even her titas and cousins. I like cheese, but I don't like chismis.

Very typical for folks who live in a remote province. There is a huge difference between city life in PH versus province/rural life. Most people, who live in a remote place and stayed there all their lives, are misinformed unfortunately.

I dont like chismis too! that's one of the reasons why i dont like my fiance to come to PH.

I am not really that close to my family and I dont want him to meet random titas who doesnt really give a d*mn with my life

...and We could save 1.5kusd in the process

It was announced that it would open in mid-December, but it still isn't open.
