Hi, I mailed my I-130 application for spouse on Feb 14th, which was received by USCIS on Feb 23rd. Does anyone know when would USCIS cash my check? Thanks.

Time line:

02/14/09: Mailed I-130

02/23/09: Delivered to Chicago lock box

03/04/09: Received NOA1

03/21/09: Received NOA2 (Case approved)

04/14/09: Received AOS bill from NVC

04/14/09: AOS bill paid (online)

04/17/09: DS-302 emailed by beneficiary

04/20/09: AOS mailed to NVC

04/22/09: AOS delivered at NVC

04/24/09: DS-302 accepted via email

04/25/09: Agent (IV) fee paid online

04/28/09: Agent fee cover letter e-mail received

05/08/09: DS-230 mailed by the beneficiary

05/21/09: Case completed at NVC

It usually takes them about a week or two to cash the check.

08/08/07 - Case Complete

09/27/07 - Interview, visa granted

10/02/07 - POE

11/16/07 - Received green card and Welcome to America letter in the mail

Removing Conditions

07/06/09 - I-751 sent to CSC

08/14/09 - Biometrics

09/27/09 - Approved

10/01/09 - Received 10 year green card

U.S. Citizenship

03/30/11 - N-400 sent via Priority Mail w/ delivery confirmation

05/12/11 - Biometrics

07/20/11 - Interview - passed

07/20/11 - Oath ceremony - same day as interview
