I don't know if its diffent in every consulate but the letter they sent me was just to go in a web site and download all forms needed. They also said our appointment was an open one monday thru firday 8 - 10 am. Will we get another intervview after that one. We are at the Consulate in Juarez chihuahua mexico

We are at the same consulate. They don't do appointments so you can go any day that the consulate is open, from 8 am-10 am. In most cases, they will issue the visa the same day as your interview. No more interviews after that. Hope this answers your questions. Good luck!
