hi new here plz need some help

Hi:

to make is really simple, married in bolivia where i am from in june of 2007; but situation here is not to good so my husband had to come back america to work. We start the visa process on feb, this year and package received feb 15, we got a letter about a notificacion of action feb 24 but after it we really dont know nathing about the process can some one plz explain us a bit.

Got married June 17 of 2007

Sweety return America to work since my country is death.

16 Feb sent I-130

18 Feb NOA 1

22 Feb NOA1 in mail

20 Mar NOA2

4 Apr NOA2 in mail

10 Apr Case number from AVR

14 Apr Call NVC gave our emails and they says they wil email IIN

15 Apr DS-3032 and AOS (I-864) Fee Bill Generated (received via email)

24 Apr DS-3032 accepted. (still waitng for tax)

27 Apr Avr SAd they mailed a package with instructions.

5 May Mailed I-864 (not sure if is any prob since we didnt get it yet at mail)

17May Paid Aos

22May RFE (Concern a few cents misisng at form from tax income)

3 Jun Mailed RFE

9 Jun Mailed AOS

24 Jun AOS Package Delivered

27 Jun AVR AOS under revision

07 Jul RFE again taxes

17 Jul Mailed RFE

31 July Case complete

10 Spet Interview schedule

After USCIS approves the petition (NOA2) you will want to look at the NVC shortcuts.

Is now a US Citizen immigration completed Jan 12, 2012.

Thx, just one more question plz why the DS 3032 has to be signed for me i have to download and send it to my husband with my signature and all other papers as police records and others all translated.

So about the court records i`ve never being in trail or some alike i need it yet; Sorry but we really trying to do it the best we can

You may want to read the link I posted, you can email the DS-3032, this is just a template email, no signature needed. It is recommended that the email originate from your foreign spouse.
