Okay so here is the situation.........We have our third package telling us to send in the letter so we can get an apt date. The only problem is that we don't want to send it if we are missing like one or two documents b/c we are worried we will have an interview date within like 2 weeks and then he won't have my mail by the time it's interview time. Make sense? So should we send it yet or not? Are there any SA's out there who can tell about how long they waited before an interview? THANKS!

Depending on what documents you're missing, it shouldn't take that long to get them. 2-3 days? You can send them to your SO via DHL, expensive but it will be there quickly. If I remember it took 3-4 days to Ethiopia. Best of luck! You're almost there.
