TSC delivery attempt...

Hey folks! I sent out my K-1 packet to TSC on Thurs June 15 and I expressed mailed it.

However when I checked on USPS.com to track it, it gave me this msg:

"We attempted to deliver your item at 10:21 am on June 16, 2006 in MESQUITE, TX 75185 and a notice was left. A second delivery attempt will be made. If unsuccessful, we will hold it for five business days and then it will be returned to the sender. Information, if available, is updated every evening. Please check again later."

Did this happen to anyone? Did this happen because its a PO BOX adress and there has to be someone specifically to recieve it since I express mailed it??

What most likely happened is that the TSC already picked up their mail earlier in the morning. Most businesses usually pick up around 9:00 am. The package will most likely be delivered on Monday. Please keep in mind that the TSC will most likely forward your K-1 packet to the California Service Center. It would have been better to just mail your packet to the CSC.

Ok I see. It crossed my mind about sending it straight to CSC but didn't want to take a chance......

PO BOX = Post Office Box.

Its a delivery system here in the US where you can rent out a box in a US Post Office where all your mail is sent to and you go pick up personally, instead of having it delivered straight to your residence....

The new 1I29F form still says to post to Texas if you live in certain areas, so untill told otherwise I think you made the right choice.

I also had that message, and freaked, but they got it a couple of days later so try not to sweat it just yet

I checked the website yesterday and it said "Delivered".....

Hiya,u r so lucky! We sent our K3 package at 25 MAY to TSC,and we have not get anything from TSC yet till now! Is anyone know if TSC will forward our case to CSC? Many thanks

We dont know,dont seem like it,as we paid to our lawyer,so we dont know if the check been cashed.It been 1 month now since the lawyer sent out the package!

If I were you I would contact the lawyer's office and see if they can tell you if the check has been cashed.

I understand what a PO BOX is thanks!.. I meant did you sent it to one.. or you gave your address as one...lol
