I still have issues. Oh, the humanity!

You sound just like the security guard in our building who ALWAYS has issues. I just suspect they are not the same issues....

btw, I want your cat!! :star:

We had a cat in London, that wasn't actually our cat, just visited. His greatest achievement was to projectile vomit across the whole kitchen... :help: Absolutely covered everything! I miss that cat. I'll take George, vomit and all

Hola, Mizz Joyce! You have missed me talking of cat barf.

I see. Well, you can always count on the UK forum for earthy topics! (I hope he's OK!)

In other news, are there any Doctor Who geeks in the house? It looks like the husband and I are going to Gallifrey in LA, Feb. 26-28. I'm just going for the people-watching, which is outstanding from what I understand. Also, my friend Steve, a Brit who lives in Tucson, needs help with "operations" for his homemade Dalek, which is really impressive (that's Steve on the right). These pics are from last year:

:D Love the Dalek! My husband was in a Doctor Who serial, but alas it was one of the BBC radio plays so no production stills.

Wow--that's really cool.

I really should become more familiar w/ the series. I'm sure I'd like it.

Just booked my ticket to London for March -- excited! It's business mostly (one of jobs is headquartered in London, and I have to go back every 6 months to show my face) but I get to see my MIL, my friends, my brother and his family, my former co-workers... There is an awesome BA sale on right now people. My ticket was $640 from LA (alas, I have to fly cattle class in these lean days). Must be dirt cheap from the East Coast.

Yay! :star:
