Happy anniversary, Tracy!!

Krikit, my holiday was spectacular! We spent some time in Devon & Cornwall, where I'd never been, and it was so, so lovely. In between rain showers I really enjoyed the time we spent in Clovelly, Tintagel and Hartland Quay.

We also spent time in the NW, as that is where the hubster hails from. The highpoint there was the day we spent in Hawkstone Park & Follies. What a great place! Blackpool, however, is another story....

Ohmygosh, I'm with Robin. I absolutely LOVE Devon & Cornwall! Did you get to Polperro, Julez? One of my absolute favourite places. What kind of goodies did you bring back?

I'm from the Northwest too! The Wirral. Which is in Cheshire. Did I mention that I was speaking with one of the owners of a British pub a few miles from here? Her MIL owns the pub that we went to last summer in Chester!

Griff was born in Chester, but grew up in Sandiway. Sounds like you gals were both a bit further west.

And Krikit, I did not get to Polperro.

Food items brought back include mass quantities of Branston Pickle, Cadbury Roses & Heros, Walkers Smokey Bacon Crisps, Kit Kat Chunky, Kit Kat Senses, Aero, Quality Street, a nice block of strong cheddar, Primula and??? That's all I can remember!

ETA: Krikit, what pub in Chester? I've been to a few there! My favorite is the Olde Boot Inn! Best chips EVER! And super cheap pints. What's not to love?

Definitley sad about the bread, but we have good bread from Wegman's, so it's OK.

I only have 2 KitKat Senses left. My husband is hoard the KitKat Chunky, though!
