The article is confusing. Why is it that if I dial a mobile number in morocco, say 067074917, I have to add a 5 so i dial 0567074917, but if I dial it internationally, I have to add a 6? I think it's a typo. I guess I'll just have to try them both and see.

I can vouch for the increase in cell numbers. When I moved there in 2005, there were only like four prefixes, since then they've added about 20 more. I guess they'll have to start charging more than 30 dirham for a sim card. I have a friend who has 3 different numbers, for different boyfriends....
