Hey

i sent out my AOS package to this address by USPS priority mail

USCIS, PO Box 805887 Chicago, IL 60680-4120

They receied it on the 19th Feb and still no cheque cashed...should i be worried

i ho its not lost..what are the usual times they process the cheques?

Also , do u know if you have to go for an interview to get your conditional permanant residency or is it just to lift the conditions after 2 years? I have filed aos from a k1 fiancee visa

If your AOS gets transferred to CSC then most likely no interview, otherwise you will have an interview to get your conditional GC

and when does that letter come, after the biometrics appointment ?

In my case also, I send the AOS to Chicago by certified post and checked that it has been delivered but

no check cashed or NOA since two weeks.

It can come after or before biometrics appointment, which was the case for us.

I just checked my account and the checks for our daughters were cashed yesterday. We sent them in about 2 weeks ago.

I sent my aos package in on 2/13 and they received it on 2/17. My checks have not been cashed, nor have I received a NOA. I am worried too.

I just checked my bank a/c this morning and it looks like the checks were cashed yesterday (but posted this morning). I still havent received the NOA though.
