You need to call them. (603) 334-0700. If you use the AVR (automated voice response system) use your USCIS # to access the system. Alternatively, you can follow the prompts to speak to an operator. Good luck.

thanks everyone about your help

i read on vj website that some people say even if your visa got to the NVC the machine still says it's not there yet

i wonder how can you get to know

thanks

As stated above- call them. The best way to know the status of yoUR case is to speak directly to an operator. The AVR for our case Was typically a day behind but others have experienced it not being updated at all. So to be sure speak to an operator. Good luck.

K-1 visas are not part of the automated system, so you will have to call them and talk to an operator. That's by far the fastest way of finding out where your case is and when it will be sent to the embassy.

You will need the petitioner and beneficiary's name and date of birth, as well as your USCIS number, since you do not have your new one yet. Have those ready, because it's the first thing they will ask you. You might be asked some other question(s), but I assume you shouldn't have any problems answering them without any preparations.

hi everyone

can i get the nvc to let me know if my case got there thru email ? if yes , what information should i send ?

USCIS do not send cases to NVC through e-mail. Only after your case approved by USCIS (NOA2), you can contact NVC either through AVR (automated voice response system) or talk to someone over phone @ 603-334-0700.

Option 1

Option 5 to speak with the customer representative. Their timing is M-F: 7:30am until midnight EST.

AVR open 24/7. Many times AVR lagging behind in updates.

You need USCIS receipt #, petitioner and beneficiary name + date of birth and contact phone number, sometimes they ask e-mail, if any (if have provide to USCIS).

Once NVC assigned your case a number, beneficiary send DS-3032 (choice of agent form) to NVC at NVCINQUIRY@state.gov

IF you are asking because you have your NOA-2 and want to try to get your NVC case number, you can try to email them and use your NOA-2 number in palce of the NVC case number in your email. Also you will need beneficiary and petitioner names and birth dates as well as contact number of the petitioner. No guarantee they will give it to you but at least with the NOA-2 number they would have a way to reference your case.
