need help badly

is there anyone can help me or advice me.my husband finished already my affidavit of support and he send already at the NVC.But upon reviewing it he found out that he signed at the wrong space provided.i mean he put his signature at the PREPARER SPACE,too late, he sent it already.

I guess the best thing that you or he can do is just wait for the NVC's action. NVC might ask for the AOS form to be resubmitted. RFE ( Request for evidence)...they usually send it to petitioner if they find ,upon reviewing your package, some missing documents or if they want a form that we filled out to be sent again. I would recommend that you wait for their action. Submitting documents when not ask for will cause more delay. According to what I read from some threads here, IF they send an RFE, you have to submit what they ask for together with the letter that they will send you. Probably it's a way for them to easily locate your package and resume the review of the documents.

Agreed, wait for NVC to send you something, and then respond back with that. Sending things when not asked for will cause problems.
