Arrived safe and sound. DTW was'nt as bad as expected. Another month its AOS and waiting time again...

Hey Charsii, great to hear from you! How do you like America so far?

My wife was not understanding the papers correctly. You are correct and the papers are all in order....the finality came from regional trial court where the case was heard after the OSG's 15 days were up. The only paper we are waiting on is from the NSO to be sure it is registered with them...but everything seems to be completed properly as you have outlined above....:)

That's good to hear, Todd. Thanks for the info.

As for me, it’s been 3 working days since I submitted the court decision and I’m still waiting to hear from the embassy.

I prolly should have done this but it was hard to tell when it was going to be done...still is. I called them tonight August is all booked up :( I need to send a request for a interview date, i think i'm going to send a early request form also and try to get it for late August. If we don't i guess we just get it for Sept. :clock:

Faxing them an early request form is probably the best thing you can do. Make sure you have all your and your fiancee's contact numbers in the form. Good luck!

Looks like the 635 & 636 (and others) are probably expediated cases. 618 appears to be the last series that is inlcuded. I'm hoping for the 3rd or 4th week of Sept, based off this list, for our MNL2006635XXX.

If any one calls and gets their date for September, let us know! I will try to call the USE in a couple of weeks.

hey everyone, nice to know embassy manila went back to 4 months processing now. goodluck to everyone still on process and interview schedules.

sorry for interrupting but somehow i wna try if someone here could help me out on my AOS.. i always got so confused since ive got here, im the one trying to pick every pieces i need to prepare to send our AOS application.. so bear with me...

we're about to process K1/K2 AOS ... just wondering ... the medical exams we've done in philippines is valid for 1 year since we have it. Am i still going for medical exams again??

we asked..... bcos my husband tried to print out forms I-1693 and we had the 1st/2nd pages of it that you could read instructions uneed to do,medical exmas with certain like TB, syphilis, hiv??? is this really required.

bcos somehow we read some info's here in VJ's that you need only to bring your vaccine report and a doctor could transfer the info's to your I-1693 form for a somewhat $10 fee... is this really accurate??

do we need to send only the vaccine report i had in manila and enclosed it in AOS or had another check-up?

really soo confused .. we dont want to have an RFE for this.. thanks!

The medical is good for 1 year. I imagine you will have to have a couple of shots here to complete your vaccinations for those that were not available in Manila. You will have to locate a civil surgeon from the list on the USCIS website and have them complete a vaccination supplement after all vaccinations are complete.

To BiaNcaSheY,

You may have better luck posting your question in the CR-1/IR-1 forum. Even if we have a few CR/IR here in Manila thread, they do not participate actively in the discussion.

To Brittaniquec_Chic,

Just wanted to let people know that USE is giving out Sept. interview dates now. Someone on asawa.org with MNL20066351XX is scheduled for Sept. 21st. There were a couple of others that have Sept dates also. I am going to call the USE when they open today. Will also try DOS, if I can get through.

Good luck to all.
