thank you so much for the information....actually my husband is confident enough and he knows what to attached in the petition but i just want to make sure what else did you attached and bring during the interview coz we want a perfect and successful journey..(again) ..good luck to you and hopefully your journey will end up soon....again...thanks for the information and i will bring all those papers during my interview.

Nakashima, check the envelop that you received from Delbros. According to CFO, the Immigrant Data Summary should be stapled in your envelop. It is a document printed by the US Embassy t hat's according to CFO). Only CR/IR visa holders are required to submit the IDS.

You may want to call CFO at 561-8321 local 201 or 203 to double check above info.

for all of you who got approved.

Physcial went fine on May 9. I will just list some items from my packet and what the basic interview was like ( May 16th ) for other peoples info ( come on you lurkers )

1) Rosemarie arrives at the embassy at 0530 got an interview at 0930; it took 5 minutes

Basic questions were

1) How old was my son

2) Why did I divorce my ex

3) What I did for a living

a couple of other questions about the evidence I submitted; that was it

Here is what I submitted as evidence. I took 3 trips to the PI over last 13 months

1) Plane ticket boarding passes , 2 of them from the first 2 trips

2) Appx 7 pics of Rosemarie and I , togehter in differnt locals , wearing different clothes and 3 with us holding a current daily newspaper

3) A few pics of of me with her and the family

4) Xoom money transfer record of last 18 months

5) 3 or 4 airmail cards , and letters

6) A couple of hotel receipts, 2 different sets of dates

Once Josh's BC is returned corrected then we will get his passport , and then call to get his physcial and interview scheduled. Plan is to bring Rosemarie here ASAP , get her settled in , get hitched ( )

then once we get dates for Josh send her back to Cebu and they both will return together. Goin to fly NWA , thru Detroit to Indianapolis

Well, is just more waiting for Delbros. I feel pretty good about this, fingers crossed

I checked the delivery whe I got home and these is all I got"

1. Brown Envelope (which we're not allowed to open)

2. Passport (with the visa)

3. Pink Paper (telling me to check the visa carefully)

4. Yellow Paper (instructions and address for CFO)

so I guess the Immigration Data Summary is the brown envelope itself I will go to Manila tomorrow and finf out myself I guess

Hubby received the long-awaited text from Delbros at 11:28 PM (Phil time)

Visa is on its way Now I can plan my trip and fly back with my hubby
