Visiting the Philippines was the best time I ever had anywhere in my life. I loved all the people there. It was like the land of happy people. I found my irresistible charm and she is only weeks away, and I have to say Filipinas are the most beautiful women in the world, inside and out.

I am sure she was approved!! I am praying.....

Yeah i would not worry either, esp if you meet all the requirements. Like for me i might sweat bullets, coz i was poor for the last 3 years. Yeah Filipinos are the best, esp since most of my friends are Filipinos, and my future wife will be too. Also they seem more maganda in PI then here in Hawaii. Well no offense to the ones coming here, hehe.

happy trip to you both

PW please update us. got our visa march 23, makati

hello fellow philippine vj'ers! well, i am here in manila with sherwin, it is our last day here as we will be flying out this evening heading for tampa, fl. a very emotional and happy day! thank you all for the help and support along the way. good luck to all those with upcoming interviews and those waiting to be scheduled. having been through it now we can certainly empathize with all the emotions you experience during this visa journey. i would say that we were pleasantly surprised by how fast it went. we were prepared to go over 12 months in this process, but in the end it was all done in just about 9 months from time of 1st filing to delivery of the visa! it is so wonderful knowing this red tape is all behind us and we are free to pursue our lives together as husband and wife! tc all, God Bless! we are not disappearing, but we will be very busy when we arrive in the states, so we may not be able to check in here as often as we would like, so wanted to get this post in before we left manila. Regards, bernie and sherwin

i had my medical recently and during the physical examination a breast lump was noticed by the doctor. for my own good she advised me to consult a private doctor. i had my ultrasound and thanks be to God diagnosis was fibrocystic change due to hormones and considered as benign. i asked for medical certificates from the surgeon and the gynecologist which i hope to bring during the interview because the lump was noted on my medical result. would this affect issuance of visa? just asking.

Kismet...Thanks for the info and the link. I apologize for being brain dead! I must have searched the thread for an hour looking for the answer and not able to locate it. Of course it would be specifically mentioned in the instructions to the form. The forms are NEVER that specific and helpful! Thanks again!

AlanandJudy....CONGRATS!!!! Good luck on your future life in the USA!

David and Mae....I could not agree more! My father, after three failed marriages to American women, has been married to his Filipina wife for 18+ years and still going. After having met my future Filipina wife and being involved with her for the last almost 4 years, I know it will be a marriage for life! There are no better women on the planet!

Bye for now people!
