With regards to the proof of ongoing relationship, it's actually the pre-screener who asks for those. He/or she will let you know how much he/she needs. Then when you go to the consul, he/she will return those to you.

Quick question to those who have gone with the interview process...When the consul ask for documents of on-going relationship or bona-fide relationship ( I know we need to present letters/cards, emails, phone call logs, etc... ); we made copies of all those documents...should we provide the copies and show the originals OR just show the original documents? If COPIES only, how many ( just average ) you will show to the Consul? Can you give the whole stack of copies?

Every spot on the form must have something in it. Just put none or n/a anyplace it doesn't apply.

Robert, The forms are U.S. forms not taking into account the cultural differences in the PI. Her "surname" is her family name, not her mom's name. You can list more thanone name in the first name block if that is her name. Example; if you fiancee's name is "Mary Jane Delfino Garcia" (made up name), you can list her first name as Mary Jane, middle name as Delfino and surname Garcia... or you can just list FN: Mary, MN: Jane and Surname: Garcia. As long as the names match the petition, BC and NBI, it will be fine.

NO VISA 221g.....

Well Lorna was refused a visa. They said she needs a co-sponsor. Even though my property assets were way over the minmum allowed for property assets.

My craft business has been really bad the last couple of years so my income is way below minimum. Thats why I used property assets.

And the CO was talking to her about how would I support us and how could she even afford the plane ticket.

Thing is a co-sponsor has nothing to do with my income and how I will support us. That is just to take care of public charge stuff.... which my property assets could have done.

Bummer is I have no one to be a co-sponsor. I don't know what to do now.

My spirit is really hurting. All that time, work and effort....and stress. Now this. Wow.

Hi guys! Do you know any hotel which is near the St Luke's Medical Center? I checked Pan Pacific but its booked. Im gonna be having my medical next month with my 3 yrs old son and I would just want to spend the night in a hotel rather than going back and forth from Angeles City. Any input will be very much appreciated, thanks.

You can go to asiatravel.com. They show all the hotels near the embassy and SL. If you wait til next month the room rental will probably be a little higher. You can go any time to get the medical as long as your interview is scheduled. Make sure you are not having your menstral cycle when you go.

Hey Sillygirl...I sleep very soundly, thank you. Thanks also for the reply. I kind of already knew that without the NSO annotated marriage contract, AR would be the result. I guess I was just hoping someone could tell me they got through without it so I could at least have a glimmer of hope. LOL I am flying my Fiance's mother to the main NSO office in Quezon City this week to see what can be done to expedite the matter. God willing, we will have it, but honestly I am not too optimistic based on other experiences I have had with the Philippine court and associated government agencies during her annulment.

I will still fly to the Phillipines and we will go to her interview together in May. We will just explain what happened and expect to be put on AR. I guess as soon as the annotated marriage contract does arrive, we can submit it and hopefully get off AR fairly quickly. At least its something that can be fixed with time.

would anyone give me honest opionon of Philippine Airlines, I flew before, but only on short trips thru Phil Islands, my fiancee is flying from manila to SFO, ok do they feed you all enough, I am used to Korean air and Asiana, they are always so good, shud I tell my honee to bring some junk food and snaks on d airlplane????? I am worried I wanna make sure he has enough to eat on flight
