well we got an AR! i don't know what went wrong. the interview took only 3 minutes and he kept saying everything looks fine except they have to review something. he never told us what it was. it could be numerous things.

- my wife's grandfather was petitioning my mom-in-law a couple years ago. i guess since my wife was dependent on her mom at the time she automatically is included in the petition. it was an F3 petition i think. i dunno

- our marriage?

- if we have kids?

i dunno what it could've been. we got the "white AR document" with a check at the bottom that says "we will review your case... please wait for us to contact you and bring the following documents checked above...". the problem is there is no document checked above. he said it can take up to 3 weeks. we'll probably call the embassy on monday to get more details.

Since I volunteered to take over the list while PW is on her much needed vacation and sexercise to keep her in shape , I thought I'd make paalam sa inyo so that you won't think that I abandoned the list.

Just keep posting all the updates and i promise to work on it when I get back. Wala kasing PC don sa bahay sa Illinois eh.

she has to request it from the consul interviewing her, its only the consul who can grant visa pickup. i was granted visa pickup too, it was available the next business day, that was tuesday at that time. my interview was friday, and no office sat-monday(president's day).

So sorry to hear that. We'll pray that it will soon be over and visa shall be issue. It's very bugging to know a filipino is again on AR and it makes me worry more about my upcoming interview.
