wow all of you look terrific! I dont know if this means anything Philip lives in metro manila area and he is having his visa delivered. He asked the "powers that be" and they advised him deliver time via Delbros 3 to 4 weeks. Just some info for all of you ................ingat!

mailed out aos and ead 7/13/2007

aol and ead packet received per usps 7/16/2007

checks cashed 07/26/07

noa 1 FOR EAD RECEIVED 07/27/07

noa 1 for aos received 07/28/07

biometrics 08/15/07

ead card ordered 09/20/07!!!!

ead card received 10/01/07! finally!

aos case transferred to California Service Center 10/03/07!

received "Welcome to the United States of America I-797 11/05/07!(dated 10/30/07)!

Permanent Resident card received 11/05/07 (dated 10/31/07)! THank u LorD!

Will file for 10 year GC End of July/Early August 2009!

Removal of Conditions:

Mailed I-751 overnight mail to Vermont Service Center 09/10/09

VSC received the I-751 Packet 09/11/09 About 12 pm Local time

Check was cashed as of Sept 16th 2009

NOA Received 09/19/09 dated 09/14/09

I-797 Appointment Notice received 10/01/09 dated 09/25/09 (Biometrics)

Got they 10 year GC approval letter in the mail dated 01/08/10! yehey!

10 GREENCARD RECEIVED 01/20/10

Citizenship.......maybe............or maybe stay a permanent resident .......................

Hi PI VJer's!

I would like to convey my belated greetings for all the "valentine's week" approved interviews! It's so nice to see the group pictures of you gals, you all look lovely & all the smiles showed before the event of your interviews and it smoothen everything for everybody's approvals.

I do hope Ate Carol, when right time comes .... we could still connect more knots of Filipina VJer's old & new members in US soon. well some where far, but nothing's impossible to make it true ... meeting old & new members together in US teritory for more get together events for Filipina's. :thumbs:

Again " A BIG CONGRATULATIONS!" who passed & just waiting for their visa's and more power & best of luck who are awaiting for the more speed approvals of processing. :dance:

My finance says that she needs some fillings for her teeth per her dentist. Her friends are telling her that she'll fail her medical exam at st lukes if she doesn't get her teeth filled...

Is this true? Are they that strict that they will mark the exam failed if she has bad teeth?

that's not true. it will have no effect on the outcome of the medical. if possible would be a good idea to have any dental work needed done before coming here. it's so much less expensive in the Philippines than here.

Hi Buddy, I dont think that cavities will cause her to fail the physical exam. We had a couple of teeth filled for my sweetie, because it was needed and second it is much cheaper there than here. We are also planning on bringing a supply of a prescription she has, there again because it is much less expensive there.

Well, for me it was because Florenda lives in Cagayan de Oro and waiting for delivery would have been risky given that we are leaving on 2/23. I small delay in the delivery would mean rescheduling flights.

Hi Gary and Florenda! How are you guys? I will be flying to SFO too on 2/23 via PAL as ive been granted visa pickup and hoping to receive a call on tuesday from the USE. Wheres your POE?

Is the embassy closed today because of the Presidents day holiday? If they are does anyone think they will still be proccessing visas today? I really want to see Luz's visa before I go home this sunday. (Feb 25) I don't want to buy her ticket until I have visa in hand but I also don't want to wait until I get home because I think it will be cheaper to buy it here. Kind of a catch 22.
