what do i ask for if i want to get more info on the free intl wire transfer to BPI? i'm paying LBC $15 everytime i send money to my wife

I established a prepaid ATM card at my bank and gave the card to my Fiancee. This way all transfers happen here in the states and all she has to do is go to the ATM. Some banks have prepaid ATM card and others do not. You could also ask for a second ATM card and send it to your wife. If your bank is charging you for every ATM withdrawl fee, I'd change banks. Lots of banks have up to 10 ATM cash withdrawals before charging a fee and my bank reimburses me for up to 10 ATM fees that the other banks charge.

You have every right to be pissed off. This is the same reason I wrote the Senator here in Hawaii and got a letter of apology from the Manila USE. They are required to explain the reason for AR, denial, RFEs...etc and they blow you off when you question them like they are above answering your questions or providing justification for their actions. If this is not settled in the next couple of days have your fiance contact me via PM, I have the senator's number and email address. Ken

I don't know if this has been posted before. for those who fiance/spouse will be bringing their child, you can get a reduced travel tax certificate from the Philippine Tourism Authority. it costs 200p. the reduced rate is 810p.

What if the band is an engagement ring?

A wedding ring is great for if you’re married sure, but we both wear a ring for our engagement.

If even read: if you have a ring receipt too bring it with you for proof of engagement. True or untrue!

If the ring doesn't look like a "normal" engagement ring, I suggest don't wear it since we know that this has caused someone grief during medical at St. Lukes. I definitely will not take a risk. An engagement ring usually has a diamond mounted on the center.

If during interview they ask if you have an engagement ring, then say “yes, it’s right here inside my bag but it looks like a wedding band so I did not wear it today so you won’t suspect that I am married.” I’m sure that will make the consul smile. Just be honest and everything will be ok.

Hello everyone, I am here with question again. I tracked our visa status at delbros.com and I feel a little nervous because my sons visa is for delivery tomorrow and mine still says that SHIPMENT PROCESS IN THE EMBASSY. My confusion is that if they grant my son a visa,how come mine isn't out yet when in fact my son is depending on mine. What should I need to expect? I am so worried.

Don't worry, I'm sure your visa will be delivered together. I'm guessing that Delbros just failed to update your record in their database.

just wondering, is ST Lukes doing some prescreening? would think there area would medical. now they can request new Cenomar? wondering if something they do on their own or ask to do by Embassy.

I’m wondering that too. If they are authorized to pre-screen, however, they should only be allowed to suggest to get a Cenomar if they suspect someone of being married and not delay the medical. Questions about eligilibility should not stop them from conducting the medical. They are the hospital, not the US Embassy for heaven’s sake! St. Lukes is over-stepping their bounds.

Zane (RiggerAF), I can understand your frustration but I've never heard of K2 being put on AR. Have you tried calling Delbros if they have your son's passport? It is possible that his passport just got separated with yours kaya separate ang delivery. I hope you receive it today.

Zane (RiggerAF), I can understand your frustration but I've never heard of K2 being put on AR. Have you tried calling Delbros if they have your son's passport? It is possible that his passport just got separated with yours kaya separate ang delivery. I hope you receive it today.

I called delbros kanina. My tracking number is MNL200676410702. My son naman is MNL200676410701. They updated the case number with 01 at the end and said that my son has received the visa. But the thing is... sa akin yong visa na receive ko kahapon at hindi ang sa anak ko. You can check it sa delbros site... im sure maguguluhan ka rin.

When I called, delbros said that the embassy didn't release any visa yesterday and hopefully they will today and I can only pray that Zeahne's visa is with it. Thanks for the comforting word. I really need it this time.

I also called the embassy and the lady said that it is under review which made me shock. How come he was put in AR when in fact he is a minor. It's driving me insane.
