UPDATED: VISA APPROVED!!!

Got back from the interview today...finished calling my Sweety and everyone else we know...lol

Here's an except of how the interview went:

Me: Good Morning

Consul: Good Morning, have a seat....Raise your right hand...Do you swear that all information you submitted and will give today are true?

Me: Yes Sir, i do

C: Where is your fiance now?

Me: in the United States...lol

C: yesssssss..where in the States

Me: Oh...lol...he's in ##$@@^

C: How long has he been living there?

Me: (geeeezzzzz I DUNNO!) lololol ... uhmmmm..lemme see..he's been there bout #$ yrs...give or take a few

Me: he was originally from #$^$#@ b4 he found a good payn job in @#@%2^

C: I see...what's he's job?

Me: He's a (Super hero) working with the (Daily Planet)

C: Where are He's parents?

Me: His parents are divorced both live in **&%(^

C: any siblings?

Me: Yeep...#^$^ lives in #%$&$ too...she's the eldest, then there's )*(_(&_^

C: you've been issued a US visa before, why didnt you use it?

Me: Coz #%%&%@&%@&%*&*(>

C: i see...have you ever been married?

Me: Good grief! No! lol

C: (he was smiling now.) any children?

Me: nope

C: Says here he's single...Why hasnt he been married before?

Me : lolol Oh belive me I asked him that too!!

I guess he was as comitment phobic as I was??? lolol

C: (consul could not help but laugh out too)

After that he was shoo-ing me away saying to wait again for my # to be called BUT i did not know whether i was approved or not! So as i stood up i said... Oh...so Am I good? (smiling nicely at him)

C: (he looks up, smiles back and said..) Everything looks good so far..lol

Me: Thank You! have a Nice Day

Then I WAIT AGAIN!

When my number was called, the pinoy lady returned our pictures then said, the consul is not requesting for anymore evidence. You may go down and pay the visa delivery fee

Me: again again...lololololol...I'm good???..the visa will be delivered soon?

lady at embassy window: yes ma'am

Me:Oh great! have a nice day

So i've paid the delivery fee and now I wait again! lolololol...visa should be here in 7 days... I HOPE!!!

Geeezzzzzzz.....feels like a thorn has been pulled from my side.

Re: documents requested from me:

1. BC on NSO paper

2. NBI

3. I - 134

4. ITR ( i submitted the unsigned client copy of the ITR that the accounting office did for my Sweety...2005...there was no issue raised about it)

5. Copy of the W-2

6. Employment letter

7. pictures

That's it! I guess i was blessed to have been assigned to very nice people....Good luck to all who'll be having their interview soon.

Hope everyone is having a great weekend..

I have a question regarding affidavit. I'm currently living with my parents and older brother. I'm not on the title of the house, but I am on the loan. For the past years I dont claim anything for the house even though I could...my question is I have my own income, my parents and my brother has their own too. When they said household on the poverty guidelines...Am I household 4 or juz household 1 since I'm not supporting them? I hope I'm clear with my question..thanks so much for all yur help.

R&W, I'll continue to stay on the AR list until I submit the annulment decree for my first marriage. It might take 2-3 months so I'm waiting for a swift resolution by the court.
