Hi, sorry for the delay i just got back to the states last night..irish recieved her visa from delbros on tuesday the 21st of november..but she wont be able to come home to me until march 28th coz the CFO wouldnt give her her certificate until her 18th birthday which is March 21st..she took the seminar a week before the interview and the nun told her to bring back her approved visa and she would release her certificate..well when we went to the CFO office the nun who interviewed her had been transfered to manila and they had a new staff and still wouldnt let her get the certificate they told her if her dad accompanied her to the US they would relase it but she couldnt release it if she was flying home with me..ughhh..i had alrady purchased her plane ticket coz of what the nun told her..so i changed the ticket to March 28th and ill be going back to fly her home to the US in March...oh the pain im feeling now and missing her so very much.But i know the hard part is over and we will be together finally in march..anyone else ever have this happen to them?I would think with an approved visa it should be fine coz she also had parental consent to marry and be accompaned by me to the US.

Hey guys. The CFO lady at the seminar told my gal that she would not be allowed to use her knockoff L. Viton luggage to travel to the US since they are banned by the US govt. Anybody heard of this, and which agency would be implementing the policy. My quick scan of the regs found nothing.

I imagine they are looking for large shipments coming in to the country. Not sure they would actually take her luggage , but who knows.

I have heard about this too. All fake/Immitation/knockoff's stuff will not be allowed upon entering the US. I also read somewhere (sorry, i forgot where) that the worst scenario would be deportation or airport to airport (

And I have also seen some Filipino stars on a tv show talking about this and telling the people not to wear any immitation stuffs (immitated shirt or jeans or shoes) or carrying knockoff bags.

After Ive heard of that, I only bought and will buy originals or Filipino Brands (cheap and not knock offs ) I dont want my stuff to cause me trouble when i get there...

i attended CFO last nov.6 and yes the counselor told us not to bring any immitations/fake/xerox copy or even pirated cd... just dont give them any excuse for them to deport you or something. she also told us that knowing we come from a third world country expect a different treatment. so as much as possible dont give them any excuse/ways/ideas on how to A-to-A/deport you. lol... yup we're being warned those kind os stuff at the CFO and more...
