Last night my head was hurting and I couldn't eat... I feeling I'm over the physical trauma... Now I'm just waiting on the mental assault to begin. LOL! Other than that... I'm just peachy. LOL!

jamrock,

There is no "the correct answer". The anecdotal evidence is that it doesn't make any difference how this question is answered, although I wouldn't recommend something like 'Hell no, she's on her own'. I personally checked 'Yes' since in my case I did intend to provide support.

Up until the current printing I-134 this question had a parenthetical note something like 'answer only if the person will be in the USA temporarily'. The note is gone, but the concept apparently lives on.

Yodrak

On the afidavit of support question#11, I answered" N/A (K1 visa for permanent residence" I did not check any of the boxes as per the sample form. Is that the correct answer? Thanks for your help.

If this process wasn't so dahamn stressful and important... The "Hell no, she's on her own" answer would be truly funny. Well at least I can have a good laugh in my mind about it. LOL!!!

Cheers!!!

She met a young lady while at SLEC who has an interview date at the same time so they went together this morning. The other lady is ultra nervous. So I'm sure they are gossiping and/or my Lady is trying to calm her down. Jhen is so confident and brave. I'm very proud of her... Cheers!!!

Most of the ladies came away with bruises on their arms after day 1 at SLEC. My Baby was with a group of ladies and they were comparing bruises on day 2. LOL!!!

I did not get a chance to ask her if she got any sleep. Her sister stayed with her at the hotel...

both. when they are done preocessing your papers. they will send you a letter with your new manila case number in a couple of weeks.... you can also call them for an update or send them a message thru e-mail..they reply in 4 days or so.

*julie

Annie, what time period did they give you? They told me they(USE) were still reviewing Aug. cases, hope that isn't true.

wind,

i called embassy last wednesday, they told me that they have started reviewing my case already and to just wait for my visa because i might receive my passport with my visa anytime now but she doesn't told me that i am approve already... they told me also that if the visa wont arrive until november 25..a month after i submitted the additional documents i shall call them again and they will make a report to process my papers once. i asked the woman if there's any chance that my visa be denied. she told me the only grounds for visa denial is when you are married to somebody else and you used drugs.

there's no other choice than to wait. next week i'll fax them a letter again and fiance will call once more. can u please give me the number of the immigrant visa unit?

thanks

*julie

Jamrok - Thanks a bunch... I was telling my baby this morning about the bad head and upset stomach that I was having last night. I feel like I'm cool and collected but my subconscience must be going crazy. I'm glad today was pretty busy with suspenses and meetings to keep my mind occupied. Jhen called me again before going to the USE just to hear my voice. It also made me feel a lot better. Although, I did have to run out of a meeting to take the call. LOL!!!

windchaser_4 - I'm still praying really hard for you...

Congrats YnYaBa and K3 IR

I got an interesting letter from the Immigrant Visa Unit today. It stated Dhonn's interview and medical appointment dates. It appeared to be a copy of the cover letter for packet 4. Have any other petitioners received confirmation of the appointment dates from the embassy?
