I'll bring the vodka. We need to put together a potluck. LOL! YYB you are bringing the pancit and PW has the adobo. LOL!

i'll bring spaghetti, filipino style, with hotdogs and a cake from Goldilocks.

Well I just heard you cant use co-sponsers for the affidavit of support?

That is completely and utterly possibly earth shattering if true.

They go by the USCIS, they would have to except a Co-sponsor. Seems against policy if they do indeed not allow for a K-1. IMHO.

Did your fiancee had her interview already??So she's under AR but did they ask her if she needs to submit more documents or she was given 221g with mark wait til you hear from us.Just curious i'm also under AR since my interview :( Oct.12,2006

Yes....no.......The Philippines government sent it back to the embassy for review but they still haven't told up what the reason was or if it's approved yet.

I just heard from Angelmae and she is approved today as well. Patientlywaiting can you update the tracking list for this. The consul must be in a good mood today. Thanks for all your help on this site (Uling in particular those links on your signiture are great much better information than from the lawyer I hired). Though I won't be entirely comfortable until she has visa in had :).
