Hey Everybody!

To those waiting for an interview date.....

Good news. My Fiance just got her Medical/ Interview date for Nov 27th & Dec 4th. The Embassy only recieved our Paperwork on Sept. 20th. So I would catagorize this as pretty quick service!

Congrats on the interview date!

Ditto... It's such a huge relief to finally have an interview date. Well, at least it was for us! Knock'em dead and we'll see you here in the US in no time...

NOTE: This is a small blurb on the top left off center. I'm betting this will not resolve the huge communication gap that obviously exist.

I wonder how USE schedule the appointment dates.Didn't they schedule according to received dates?There were still a lot of us who have Aug 24-Aug 31 USE received date and who are still waiting and hoping to get the December interviews.Just venting.

Someone from WOF called embassy and was told that the cut off date for January interview is Sep. 7.

Congratulations to all who are getting their appointments. Rosemarie received the letter from the Embassy on September 19th telling her our MNL number and that they had our file. We are hoping so much for a December interview. Our petition was approved and sent to Manila on August 29. I am getting so frustrated that I contacted two senators and a state representative yesterday for some help. I am hoping this might at least get us more information. It would be great to share Christmas here in the USA with her. We shared last Christmas in Philippines.

Congratulations!!! I noticed that there's also one couple who had the same thing as you and they also came from Vermont service center. I think it's because of your case number, since NVC is the one who is assigning the case number and Vermont is very very close to NH..:-) Good for you the you got the interview dates soooner!!!;-)

By the way Dave, your Manila case number seem out of synch with everyone else. Are you sure its MNL 2006-208xxx? Oh, okay, you're DCF so your case did not go through NVC, so I think you are correct.

will it be a problem (during interview) if my fiancee(beneficiary) got no work? she doesn't have any.. it worries me if they gonna ask about it..

Nope, not a problem at all. But if it's the petitioner that has no work, then Houston, we have a problem

Does anyone know about methods of payment for St. Lukes Medical, do they accept credit card or is it cash only? And I'm assuming that since the visa fee is paid at the BPI bank, it can be paid by credit card or cash?

The medical fee is paid in cash and in Philippine pesos (prevailing Peso-$ exchange rate). Same with the visa fee, paid only in cash and in Philippine pesos at the prevailing exchange rate.

hi everyone... just like to share that I've got approved under CR1 category last Oct. 18, 2006(interview date).

And I've got my visa today, oct. 25, 2006.

I'm from davao city, in case anyone from davao city would like to know the time estimate of the delivery of visa.

I suspect its my very Old Case # that they must want to get out of the way. It's the only thing I can think of that has speeded up my Petition. Maybe all those emails to my Local Congressman really did pay off? :wacko:

Yes, that number is correct, 208.

And just yesterday oct 24 I received packet 4 by DHL, so next time you are in the database you may care to add that date point..

Madison Man, how did you get a "very old case number"? When did you file your I-129F and were you affected by IMBRA?
