As far as I know, the 100% poverty level can only be applied if US petitioner is in the military.

thanks. i always assumed it was 125%. in another thread a member pointed that was for the I-864. she gave a link to the State dept website where for the I-134 it's 100% of the poverty level, unless Embassy is requiring 125%. still, it's best to meet the 125% requirement so you don't have that worry when doing the

I-864 when you AOS.

Okay, here's the link. Scroll down to the bottom of the page where it says those in the military can use 100% as guideline for poverty level.

While it is correct that the poverty level should only be 100% for I-134, Manila Embassy requires the 125% upfront because it would only be a matter of a few months before the I-864 is required for AOS.

I agree with you that it is best to meet the 125% requirement.

Can anyone tell me how long it takes for FED-EX to get and deliver a package from the US to Luzon, Bataan area?

I figured that it would take around 2 to 4 days for the package to get to US customs, but how long does it take after that?

Thanks

It really does take three to five days to reach the recipient depending on which delivery option that you choose. Very cool! Cheers!

I want my fiance to get a copy of the medical exam and vaccination report. Will there be an issue requesting a copy from St. Lukes? Does anyone know or have experience with this...??? Thanks in advance. Cheers!

I think i seen someplace that they wont disclose the information in the medical exam but i am sure they will let her get a vaccination list so she will know what she will need later on.

My fiancee has already recieved all her vaccinations from her personal dr. becasue she is pregnant and she has all her vac. records so i think she wont need any further shots.

I know there is 1 shot she cant have while she is pregnant so she will have to get that after she is here in the states before AOS.

I called the embassy number and was told, that given a received date of August 23 we should expect to have the interview in December or January...though no guarantees

She also said that they usually like to set the schedule 1.5 month before the interviews.

Praying that we all get our interviews quick

Thanks for the information. I think the embassy gives pessimistic information.
