I can't believe that while we were chatting online tonight the email came in my inbox....NOA2 received!!!!

NVC here we come!!! :dance::dance::dance::dance::dance::dance:

I wish you all that have been waiting longer than us get approved very soon. IT IS NOT FAIR AND I DO NOT APPROVE OF THE SYSTEM>>>> I WISH THEY WOULD FIX IT!

congrats! are you gonna pursue cr1 or k3?

I see no advantage to persue the K3, other than if the CR1 were to get hung up for an extended time. I will carry it along as far as possible, until the cost becomes and issue (with fees for the K3 and K4). After that the goal is to get the CR-1 and have the permanent resident visa in hand.

Our next big issue is getting the US Passport for my stepdaughter, whose American father needs to be so kind as to send the required documents. We are working that issue now. I hope the timeframe for the passport is in line with the rest of the NVC/Embassy Journey.
