sorry i was wrong. i just got mixed up.

This is new DS-230 form, they didn't change anything in the format but they did little changes in address format in 20. you can type PRESENT (enter text)now , before you can enter only date over there. I guess there will be more improvements too.

I would think so, since they usually have a grace period before the old forms are no longer accepted.

they did minor changes in "private act and paper reduction act statement" at the bottom of the page

you can mark on NO but the problem is, that there is just little bit of space where you can click in between text box and check buttons. Just a millimeter i guess because the text box is overlaying on it.

I also were not able to click on it earlier but now i can click on it.

we send the old DS-230 and on friday (20th feb) it delevered and on monday they enter into their system, and it does has a time till 2011.

I'll be calling NVC today and i will ask that question of when the old form expires and post the response once i have the accurate info for us. We mailed ours and it was accepted on the 23rd (old form).

OK regarding the new DS-230, I just spoke to a supervisor at NVC and she told me the new form is for preparing them to go to electronic system and that any "old form" will be honored for the time being. "no packages will be sent back due to the old forms". That was from an NVC agent not just an operator so no need to worry if yours is in the mail.
