Need a second pair of eyes

Here's my list everyone of what I am submitting. Would you indulge me and let me know if we've got everything? Of course we'll also include the filing fee with this:

· Copies of the green card (front & back)

· Copies of leases from May 2007-April 2008 & May 2008-June 2009 in both our names.

· Copies of our bank account statements listing spouse as joint owner (samples from 07, 08 & 09)

· A tax transcript of our 2007 & and a copy of our 2008 joint US tax returns.

· Life insurance documentation listing me as a beneficiary for AD&D, Life Insurance, supplemental insurance and business travel accident insurance.

· Car insurance documents listing both of our names as insured.

· Medical insurance listing me as Dependant No.1

· Renters insurance policy listing both our names as insured.

· Season passes to a State Park in both our names same address.

· Our drivers licenses with identical addresses.

· Our blog address and samples taken from our 350 postings of the past 3 years.

· Electronic ticket info for a trip to see DH's parents in Missouri for Thanksgiving in 2007.

· Gift giving statements in both our names at same address

· Medical doctor appointment letters to both of us stating same address & Physician.

· Correspondence from our family & friends addressed to both of us.

· 11 pictures of us and our family members spanning the 2 yr. period.

· Two sworn affidavits by U.S. citizen friends, attesting to our relationship and marriage.

We don't have any utility bills in both our names.

Goodluck!You have plenty of evidence just state in your cover letter that you don't have utility bills in both your names.Ours was only in my husband's name but I just sent copies to show our address.

Have you moved since becoming a conditional permanent resident? If so, include a list of all the addresses you've lived at since you were granted PR status.

What about copies of credit cards or a joint car title? Do you have any other tax related documents besides the 2007 transcript that you could add (e.g. 1099s addressed to the both of you)?

Do you still have time to request the IRS tax transcript for 2008? If you decide to submit a copy of your return, I believe you also have to include your W2s (please correct me if I'm wrong).

It's totally possible.. we do pay as you go cell phones.. everything else was existing already in my husband's name.. and most utility companies we chat with won't add 2 names to an account..

The Car is in hubby's name only.. he had it before I got here. I do have a listing of all our addresses since PR status was granted..

We have a couple of letters from the IRS stating what they did with our stimulus payment (back taxes) etc. Hubby said why bother including them.. he's at the point where he's comfortable mailing what we have.

I'll double check on the W2's I wondered about that, but hubby didn't send them with our AOS and they never asked for them.

You could request a letter from your bank stating that your husband is an authorized user. We did the same since my name doesn't appear on our statements either.

Good point.. i guess i could call them for that..

I forgot to mention that we have issues with our 2008 taxes.. we don't have a W-2 so it will be a while before we get our tax transcript from them.. OUr former employer (who was a knucklehead) didn't issue one for 2008 and he's now out of business, so it's not possible to wait for 2008 transcript.. we'd be waiting until May probably for that one.

you have a lot more than we did and Claudeth was approved without an interview. We did submit six affidavits from friends and family.

Thanks for that reassurance.. Hubby's saying we are well on our way too.
