I don't understand how can CSC approve some people in less than 50 days ( am happy for them) and at the same time you have people been waiting for more than 150 days. Can someone tell me please???????????????????

Yeah, I'm confused too. So much for processing petitions in the order they were received. Ha, what a joke.

I truley don't believe the first come first serve rule applies to them even though they mention so. The trend of the way they do business does not match the results. I get the feeling that they close their eyes and just pick one from a giant lot of files, that's like having people stand in a line, but then chosing as you wish, not realizing that people's lives are depending on what they do.

who got NOA2 within 50 days? almost all the people iv seen have gotten it 3 to 5 months after the NOA1.

if you look at the old members it used to be that the NOA2 was issued a lot faster than it is now.

Didn't you get the memo? If you taped a $100 bill to your petition, it will be approved in less than 90 days!
