Hi,

I'm in the same boat - 17 days now from the CSC. I understand the frustration and anticipation, especially when you see so many timelines where the NOA1 happens within a day or two from the submission! ....sigh.

Hang in there. I imagine the whole IMBRA issue has thrown everything out of whack. Hopefully we'll get our NOA1's before the end of this month. (finger's crossed).

it's been 21 days since i mailed my I-129F to CSC and still no NOA1. i'm hoping it will be in my mailbox when i get home from work today. i'm keeping my fingers cross :)

It took about 20 days for my NOA1 to arrive. I submitted it to Nebraska and it got sent to California. The received date is June 5th and the notice date is June 15th. Hang in there, it's coming. :yes:

still no NOA1 when i checked my mailbox last night :( but at least the check cleared my bank today so i'm sure it would be well on it's way :)

Is there any way that you can get a hold of the check? Your case number is on the back of your check, once you have that, the NOA1 is pretty useless I think :)

Your NOA should arrive soon. dont worry too much :) im thinking you should receive it next week for sure. i think mine took five days to arrive in the mail. five days after they have cashed my check that is... if there is any advice i can give you right now (seeing that we are both using CSC as well as our S/Os are both coming from the philippines) is to be patient. Good thing they have straightened out the whole IMBRA thing. Next step will be waiting for the new Requests for evidence in connection to IMBRA.

haaaaay... we have a long ways to go! Good luck on your journey :)

PS. im still waiting for my RFE... Yay... =/

remmember the official deadline for NOA1 is max 30 days. thtas what it is mentioned in the USCIS website. so waitting time is 30 days in worst cases

Direct meeting & marriage: Dec 2003 USA, NY

I-130 petition in DCFR Tokyo: March 14th 2004. Case reffered to DHS USCIS

Four visits to japan in 2004: Oct 2004, wife got pragnant.

Wife/Fiance left USA and moved into Japan: Feb 5th 2005.

Baby Born: June 24th 2005(Japan)

I-130 denied: July 17 2005(Divorce was declared not valid)

Refiling Divorce: oJuly 17th 2005 NY State.

Divorce granted: Nov 17th 2005

K-1 application: Mar 1st 2006

Approval: May 23rd 2006

US consulate RFE: June 15th 2006

FRE sent (Original passports, birth certificate, all origional docs): July 10th 2006

Medical: Oct 11th 2006.

Interview: Nov 10th 2006(expected)
