I got approved!!!

im doing the happy dance just about right now!!!!!! :dance: :dance:

Long story short..

waited in the lobby for about 40 min... then a nice Filipino/Samoan guy officer called us in...

He asked for ids and how we met...

after that he just flipped through my file.. and looked at some pics..

then he asked for all the bonafide documents... (lease, insurance, taxes)...

and that was it... nooo what is your name , your dob, how long you have been here, etc etc...

im guessing it lasted about 5 min...

he made me sign the paper for the removal of conditions and he said that my green card would be getting to my adress in 2-3 weeks..

ohh he took my tourist visa.. and he let me keep the EAD for future jobs that might appear during this upcoming weeks..

Im really happy and exited... I cant believe how good and fast this was...

Thank you for the support and.. good luck to the ones that have their interviews coming up!!

11-26-08......NOAS received for my 4 applications dated for 11-18-08

12-10-08......Touch on I-485 and I-765

01-15-09......EAD and AP approved

01-16-09......EAD touched

01-19-09......AP touched

01-21-09......EAD touched again

01-26-09......EAD and AP received on the mail!!

01-27-09......Applied for SSN

02-03-09......SSN Received

02-24-09......Interview at 12:00 pm in San Diego !! APPROVED!!

02-28-09......Welcome Letter Received & approval for I-130!!

03-09-09.......Green card in the mail!

Jan - sent application

Jun 27 - NOA2 by the mailbox!!! (found out that d 2nd touch was d approval..sweet!)

Jul 3 - NVC sent letter to petitioner

Jul 15 - confirmation letter received (tnk u my dear DHL)

Jul 17- 1st day - medical exam SLEC (on hold and waiting for it to be done successfully) July 31- PASSED!

Aug 28 - USEM interview date! (eto' na!) - PASSED - PINK SLIP ONLY!

Sept 26 - PAL departure - MNL-LAX

NOV 23 - Church wedding

AOS

Jan 30 2009 - AOS with EAD and AP submitted to Chi, IL

Feb 4 - check cleared

Feb 10 - AOS, EAD, AP NOA1 received!

Feb 19 - Biometric appointment letter received

Feb 28 - Biometrics schedule

Mar 28 - AP and interview invitation received by mail

Apr 2 - EAD card recieved

May 15 - Interview Schedule - APPROVED!

Jun 25 - GREEN CARD RECEIVED ON MAIL Dated June 16

Don't just open your mouth and prove yourself a fool....put it in writing.
