Hello Fellow Vj'ers,

What affidavit should I need for the I 130 application. Is it the I -134 or the I 864.We are filing for my kids as the step children of my husband. plsss.. help. thanks so much.

I-864 ..... as I-134 is for intitial K-visa....

Thanks Kabayan..It is really confusing,, i know it is I- 864 that I need but some say I need the I -134 so just wanna make sure I will have d right one.

So What affidavit of support would I need??For I -130 Petition for Alien Relative( My hubby is the petitioner for my kids as his stepchildren) ..the I 864? or the I -134?

WOuld appreciate more ideas. Thanks.

Go to the top of the form and click on "Downloads" and look for the step that you are on now, from your profile, it looks like your AOS.. so this would be the link for you: http://www.visajourney.com/forums/index.ph...adjustmentforms I don't see the I-134 mentioned in there, as I mentioned before, the K-1 visa should be the only one using the I-134 during the interview process..

Also, check out the link up top "Example Forms" and it will also show you form you will need that is related to what process you're at :thumbs:
