Can i Email DS-3032 to NVC or does it has to be mail can it be send after the I-864 package was sent or does it has to send together can someone help.

Yes, the DS3032 can be email to the NVC. After you email it to them, it takes them about 3-5 days to confirm they have received it. But its so much faster then mailing it. And there shouldn't be a problem with sending it after your I864 packet. You should look up James Shortcuts because that will give you step by step details on what to do next. Good Luck
