I used to sleep for around 5 hours back in India, but now here being most of the time at home I get around 8 hours of sleep. I loved my Sunday afternoon naps in India, I don't really need any nap out here anymore.

I try to get to sleep by 11 at night and I'm usually up by 7 in the morning, but ideally, I feel well rested when I've had at least 9 hours of sleep. On the weekends, I'll take a nap every chance I can get.

Exactly the same, Mr. Pants!

I'm in the same boat...although if I'm really feeling exhausted, I'll hit the pillow at 9 at night and sleep until at least 7. When that happens, I feel well rested and fully awake throughout the day. :)

I usually sleep 6-7 hours and would love an hour or more of sleep. I guess it's my fault that I don't though because hubby requires less sleep and I don't like to go to bed before him, so I don't sleep as much as I'd like to - up waiting for him.

On the weekends I sleep a lot more.

I usually get about 5 - 6 hours, I go to bed between 11 - 12 and I am up for work at 5:45am find it hard to sleep anymore than my usual at the weekends if I try to stay in bed for longer I end up with a bad headache.

In my younger day I could sleep 13 hours with no problem. now I just work 13 hours a day. Oh to be young again!!

I never get enough sleep. Burning the stupid candle at both ends. Wish there were more hours in the day.

I get around 5hrs of sleep, sometimes less, sometimes a little more. Depending on who's teething, having stomach issues, is hungry or just plain grumpy and doesn't want to sleep. sometimes I'm stuck on the computer and just can't get away (stupid addiction).

I'd like to sleep at least 1hr longer but I'm pretty good in squeezing in cat naps...sometimes I conk out on the couch or even in the car while I'm waiting to pick up my son from daycare.
