After AoS is approved

I filed for EAD and AP and 3 weeks later I get notice that my AOS was approved. My question is this, do I need to do anything in regards to the EAD and AP like write to cancel them? I know i can kiss my money good bye but i wanna make sure i do the right steps.

USCIS advises you to inform them via the 800 number that you are rescinding your case because your AOS was approved while your EAD and AP was pending. Also, i'd write a quick letter to the district office or service center where you filed your application to let them know you are rescinding your application.

Lastly, should you receive notices of appearance, try your best to go to the appointment and just let them know that you cancelled your request.
