I just saw this thread - you guys are so funny and thank you all for supporting my addiction/obsession. I am one of the guilty ones who can spend hours re-arranging the plots - I just never get tired of it. And yes, the credit goes fully to Julianna who initiated me into the farming paradise back in the day...

I'm a farm addict too.

Jackie - my son calculated it out and according to his math, the highest paying crops are potatoes, rice and tomatoes. So thats pretty much all I grow these days.

supposedly one of these days the eggs will be sellable and at some point we can raise animals too - baby horses anyone? :P

About midnight I thought mah cows were getting bigger lol..maybe they needed milkin! (or i needed to go to bed)

So I've used up all my land (go stalk my farm) I guess I just build up my money now to buy a barn?

dorothy i love your crop cirlce layout! Everytime I look at it I find a new spot I like!

I always block these apps b/c I just don't have the time to get sucked into stuff like that. Any "free" time I have goes to reading mostly. So, for any of you who send me stuff on FB, don't be offended, I never accept them and then block the app so I don't get more. It's nothing personal, I just don't have that kind of time on my hands.

Right. I should be spending those three hours reading my Advance Broadcast News book or shooting a news package but I prefer the point in click virtuality. <----I just made that up.

On second thought taking care of a farm is so much work. I grew up on a Ranch. I can't imagine taking care of a virtual one. Oh but I do like the horses. Now if the chickens lay eggs that hatch too cute too!

I think you are a smart woman Noura!!!

As for me I think my addictive personality just gets in my way and leads me into the farmlands - I can't help that I enjoy it so much and now having so many other gals participation makes it all so much more rewarding...

I love books and participating in books clubs during the summer. While I'm there this summer we're going to download Arabic on my MP3 so I can learn it while I cook, and clean, and do laundry and house wife stuff I've never done before. Maybe I will start a virtual MyFarm for when I'm all done with that or maybe I'll be really lucky and be blessed with a Kindle and get to download books to read whenever I want without leaving the house! Oh yes if there was a Genie in a bottle that would grant me a wish I want a Kindle!!!

It does actually sound like fun and it's a little enticing, but that's all I need is one more way to blow my already limited time! I blow enough on VJ and visiting friends on FB. I need to be doing other things (like cleaning stuff outta my house and getting rid of ####### & organizing). Although, I know that can't be as much fun as arranging your farm! :P
