My father brought me here under a program called HRIFA(Haitian Refugee immigration fairness act) on Nov 13 2003. I was going to turn 21 years old on Jan 13 2004. I filed an I-485 on nov 03. after I turned 21, I received a denial letter and later another letter said that I am on removal process. I made an asylum based on my father's continuance issues. It was denied and was ordered to remove. I got married on 2006, my wife filed an I-130, it was approved and soon an I-485 on may 08, the interview went ok but I was told that it can't be approved because I had a removal order from the court. I had filed a motion to reopen along with the I-485. On dec 2008, the motion was granted but I have yet receive the appointment date. I have a few questions please:

1)what would more likely be happen when when I go to the court?

2) I sent an application to renew my work permit it was denied beacuse at that time motion had not yet been granted, I mistakenly resent it under C08 instead C09, they sent the money back to me, mentioned it was an overpayment.

a) Should resend the appplication with/without any money order?

B) Would it be a problem for C08 intead of C09?
