Believe me that I've searched the consulate's website and haven't found the answer. In fact, the fee information pdf file in the fiance visa section says nothing about a K1 visa. It says that the cost for K3 or K4 is $131. Is this the same cost for a K1 visa? Also, is the K2 for a child included in that cost or is that an aditional $131 fee? Thanks for your help!

Take a look at the guides here on VJ and the forms instructions on the USCIS web site

Maybe I should have been a little more specific. We are done with the I-129F. I'm asking about the amount that has to be paid directly to the the consulate in Ciudad Juarez on the day of the interview. Like I mentioned, it says that $131 should be paid to any Banamex branch prior to the interview but it says this is for K3 or K4. Nothing about K1 or K2.

Nobody has recent experience paying a fee or not to the consulate in Ciudad Juarez for a K1 visa?

ALL non-immigrant visas (which any "K" visa is) WORLDWIDE are currently $131

YMMV
