Today at 4:23pm I handed the postal employee my I-130 packet! It looked pretty, I pray find it acceptable. I had it in a binder at first but then took it out and just binder clipped it all together. Although I had it broke down into 7 sections and each individual section was clipped together - I just don't want things lost or misplaced.

I even went so far as to color code everything. My cover letter detailed what was in each section with each tabbed & numbered section a different color that matched the highlighted parts of the general instructions which were also included.

Thank you all. I have a spreadsheet at home with all the longest averages for each step of this process and it has him having visa in hand by May 26, 2010. So that is the date I am anticipating - if it happens faster - ALL THE BETTER!
