There's a bit of spurious wish fulfilment going on here - people like Kaydee want Obama to fail, something that I don't think he's ever denied - so any and every article to that effect must be posted in order to hammer home the message.

Agreed. I was not a Bush fan, but he was our leader and I wanted him to succeed at what he was trying to accomplish; whatever that was. Why would anyone in their right mind who is living in the US want to see failure? Unless you are a terrorist, or some radical moron.

I think Bush was one of the worst Presidents in history, but never for a moment did I wish him to fail.

I doubt anyone outside of a multi-millionaire with a personal fortune unconnected to the stock market can honestly claim to be recession-proof.
