I went last week and the interviewer literally told me "Thank you for coming to the interview maam, you make it easier for us and easier on you"

but they did make us wait for like3 plus hours and i think it is because they were watching us..........

Hey Shrewdgal

that is interesting when you say you think they were watching you, that is not the 1st time I heard that. Another VJer posted that as well. Interesting.......

Congrats again he will be here soon!

LOL Shrewdie I got you, we will act appropriately for the interview. I am sure I will be a bag of nerves sitting there knowing people are watching us . My Hubby will be the calm one so I will just follow his lead.

Congragulations to those with upcoming interviews. I'm in the same boat. My huzzy's interview is on 3-13. I really want to go but it's a tuff decision. I'm a teacher and I just came back from Jamaica I was there from the 13 of this month to the 19. The kids were on break so that's why I was able to go. Now if I had known back in January when I booked my ticket that we were gonna get a date in March I surely would of went in March. Being that I won't be able to go is that a bad thing. I know everything will go well but the fact that I can't make it is really bugging me. I have also read of other VJ members who didn't go to interview and their spouse go through.

thanks shrewd. i went ahead and booked my ticket last night. hopefully he'll get approved!

You have to be more confident than that! He WILL get approved!!!!!!

you're absolutely right! we WILL get approved. thanks for reminding me to have faith. ;)

Just make sure you let us know about his approval!

i definitely will! i would send a text, but my text messaging abilities are so iffy in JA. sometimes my texts go through, sometimes they don't. i will let you all know as soon as i can though. have any of you ever had problems with the embassy not receiving the original docs from the NVC? just curious...

Shrew, when you got through those doors I know you were like, what the heck was I worried about.

We were never nervous and laughed through the entire waiting process. I had no problems with the security, it was the woman that interrograted me that I had a problem with, but I held my ground and remembered my wonderful mannerism and smiled and answered here questions ALL 25 of them!

There comes a point in your life when you realize who matters, who never did, who won't anymore... and who always will.

So, don't worry about people from your past, there's a reason why they didn't make it to your future.
