Hi,

Does anyone understand the processing times for vawa from the uscis chart,they dont make no sense to me.

They are now working on cases filed Dec 17th, 2007, it's just an estimated time, so even though it say 17th Dec, 2007, they may already be working on cases filed, for 2008, and hopefully a decision will be made on mine soon, I'm at February 2008. Fingers crossed

N-400 Naturalization

04th Dec, 2012 - N-400 filed

12th Dec, 2012 - NOA Received

14th Dec, 2012 - Biometrics Letter Received

26th Dec, 2012 - Biometrics Completed

11th Jan, 2013 - Placed inline for Interview

07th Mar, 2013 - Scheduled for interview

16th Apr, 2013 - Interview Date

16th Apr, 2013- US Citizen (End of USCIS Journey)

Wow,i just filed mine in January 2009,have not received anything yet.good luck and can you plese keep me posted with your filling.I will too.

I will keep you up to date as soon as I hear something, I'm praying I will hear something soon..
