Question 29 DS-230 Form

Hello,

so i recieved my NOA2 and NVC letters, and i see that the DHL package was delivered on Thursday, we are about to use the shorcut and send the DS-230, DS-2100, the cover letter and the copy of the biographical page of the passport both by mail and by fax to the embassy in Bogota, Colombia, the only clarification that i need is in regards to the question # 29 of the DS-230 Form wich asks the name of the Petitioner.

is this my name or teh name of my Fiance? she has been addresses as the beneficiary on all the USCIS paperwork, but i am not sure if in this question they are refering to my as the US citizen or to her as the petitioner of the Visa.

this should be an easy one for the experts.
