If you were lucky and got an approval and reunion with your loved one rather quickly; Please refrain from telling people who waited 6+ months just to get out of a service center to "chill out" or to "stop whining" It's insensitive,and unecessary. Once you walk a mile in their shoes you will understand and be heard.

Yes, well I answered my fan back.

Some of these posts make me want to vomit. Seriously. Like I felt much better today until I started seeing some of these posts.

There should be a section of VJ that is called, "I never posted here before. My only post is to rub my super fast approval in your faces! After this I'll never come back again, except to ask the stupidest questions, proving how ignorant I am. Thanks! Bye!"

USCIS Joke of the day - (jokes on me)

02/20: hubby called USCIS requesting an expedite

02/21: Rec'd email expedite was denied.

(reason given: requestor was not the applicant or benficiary)#######!!

02/23: hubby called USCIS to figure out ####### happened to the request.

Agent: Advised that the agent who submitted the request made a mistake.

-Hubby asked to be transferred to Supervisor

Supervisor: Acknowledged the error on USCIS part and said she would resubmit request.

GUESS WHAT??!! - The system wouldn't let her...as we were just denied. NOW we have to freaking wait 60 days.

Are you f-ing serious? You must get the congressman on this. That is absolute bullsh1t. Tell them you're not married, only engaged...maybe that will help :rofl: Since they prefer those people! :lol:

No seriously...you should not have to wait 60 days for their mistake. Get on the phone with the congressman's office now, while the whole situation is still fresh. You never know...their inquiry and the admission of USCIS's mistake, might get them to fix and approve your petition immediately. Ask the congressman's office to speak to the director or supervisor over VSC and make sure you tell them that you don't want a generic message, but a detailed inquiry.
