OK , I asked my congressional office to check into my I-130 when I saw they posted the new processing times.

GOT THIS REPSONSE JUST NOW !!

A review of the computer system shows that the cases are with the adjudicating officer for processing

I don't want to get my hopes up but this has to be the light I was looking for this week.

If you were lucky and got an approval and reunion with your loved one rather quickly; Please refrain from telling people who waited 6+ months just to get out of a service center to "chill out" or to "stop whining" It's insensitive,and unecessary. Once you walk a mile in their shoes you will understand and be heard.

My case was with an adjudicator as of 1/28 and I got my approvals 2/4!!!!

how long do you think it is with the processor? Maybe it means he has a box and there are 50 other files in there too.... My husband is in severe pain today. He has dental issues. Married2aTico is a wonderful person and has helped me so much. THANKS CAROLINE!!!! I am sooo crazy right now between getting this e-mail and being soooo worried about my husband !!! Now I can't work...

you can put in an inquiry with the service center if you are outside normal processing times or if you get a super nice officer when you call(good luck)

OR

you can ask your congressman or senator to ask for a formal inquiry. :)
