If you were lucky and got an approval and reunion with your loved one rather quickly; Please refrain from telling people who waited 6+ months just to get out of a service center to "chill out" or to "stop whining" It's insensitive,and unecessary. Once you walk a mile in their shoes you will understand and be heard.

You are all so overdue! I hope we hear some good news for you before the end of this week. I have resigned myself to waiting another several months, but it is quite the slap in the face to see January getting approvals. What happened to first come, first served????

On a side note, I called again today to enquire about why my I-129F still does not show on the net or in the automated system. All I was told was that there a lots of applications like that and that I can call if I need information. Duh. I know that!!!! Why can't they fix it??? RickinVA has the same problem.

Why would you want to call everyday to check status when they are always so rude and do everything to cut you off ?

SHE SAID IT WAS "Outside Normal Processing Date" or time or something so she sends in a request to have someone look at it!!! weren't u guys just talking about this?

Hey ladies, I was posting over on FB. I think I'll keep my "stronger" comments over there LOOOOL

The whole thing is BS. And everyone that says, "Oh, well what if we have to wait for RFE's? Of course they can't go in order" That is BULLSH!T people! You know damn well they can take applications with RFE's or other delays and assign them to another person, or put them in a pile outside the line and then bring them back into line or get to working on them when RFE's are resolved. HORSESH!T. They don't pull files in order, period. There's no rhyme or reason. That post of the guy who worked for USCIS said it straight up. Boxes sit on a shelf and people randomly pick up boxes they wanna work on. Your box sits on the shelf and no one accidentally picks it up for a few months, tough ####### for you! And he even said, if you have a "difficult" case they will push it to the side and work on easier cases because they have to process a certain number of cases per day or their numberd look bad. He also said that if someone takes a box and leaves it on their desk, and then goes on vacation or something, that box will remain untouched, unless the person puts it back so that it gets reassigned. So I'm sure my petition was in the box on the desk of the pregnant lady that decided to take 9 months off for maternity leave. Yours is probably with the fvckers who are on vacation. It's all a big lie and it's sickening when you see people try to justify it.
