Who have had their medical checkup just recently, may it be on January or Feb 2009? How much did you pay for the medical checkup (in dollars) and how many days did it take u to finish it? If u could provide me more details on how the medical checkup goes, I would greatly appreciate it.

hey when is your medical?mine will be on March 2nd and the 3rd..

medical cost 213. something in dollars and you have to pay that in pesos,depend on the exchange rate on the day of your medical..

medical is 2 days, haha I had my pre-med today just an x-ray because I just want to make sure I don't have any scars on my lungs..

Hi ranjen0703.. I had some questions with medical too, so I put some topic and waiting for a good heart that can give me an answers too to my question

I had some information for you this is not my experienced it is from somebody else, I came across to your concerns and I think this will at least help you out

" First Day March 2, 2009

5:00am-arrived at SLMCEC

5:30am-guard started to let us in,showed appointment letter and passport then he will give u the PDS form for u to fill out and ur number(my number was 75),dont staple or glue ur 2x2 pic coz the encoder will be the one to do that,and for alien number or case number put ur manila case number.

7:30am-my number was called for picture taking then encoding(encoder will ask u a few questions like when was ur first day of menstrual period,etc,etc...)

7:50am-payment 10,400++ pesos

8:00am-xray at 3rd floor(bring pantali ng hair)

9:00am-laboratory at 4th floor,signed the consent for HIV test,then to extraction room(blood is drawn), then urine test (girl's cr)

9:30am-US counter at 5th floor,ht and wt,eye exam, Physical Exam(eto na ung disrobe completely) only took 3mins, BP and Pulse.

11:30am-Immunization Interview at 2nd floor, they will give u shots that is approriate for ur age.

11:40am-Check-out Counter at 3rd floor, she said bring passport and receipt tomorrow 10am

Second Day March 3,2009

10:00am-arrived at SLMCEC,guard checked my name(told me i passed,proceed to 2nd floor for ur immunization)

10:30am-Immunization Room, got 4 shots

10:40am-Waited at the Releasing Area

11:30am-my name was called,asked me a few questions then gave me the vaccine record, then told me that they will be the one to forward my medical records and passport to the US embassy, and that xray result on the cd will only be given on your POE.

*they will tell u where to go next after every test or exam...

*u need a total of 3 2x2 pics put ur name at the back
