Hello members i just need to know..if i shift to CR-1 can i take my daughter with me that my husband havent file separate I130 for her?Recently we just approved our k3/k4 but what ive read here is better the CR-1 ..but in my case and always bothered :huh: me i have daughter what would be the best for me .i dont want to leave my daughter alone in my country..one thing my husband recieved a letter from NVC requested to pay the AOS then he paid and i mailed too the ds3032..thats for the CR-1?

any advice its acceptable..thank you advance

No, your daughter would need her own approved I-130 to be able to apply for a CR2 visa. Unless you want to wait for a new I-130 for her to catch up, I'd stop responding to NVC and not send them any more money. Your'daughter will eventually need her own I-130 in order to adjust status, so filing it sooner is better than later.

No, your daughter would need her own approved I-130 to be able to apply for a CR2 visa. No can do. There is no derivative visa for a CR-Visa like the K-Visas. In order to do a CR-1 and CR-2 for child you need to file 2 I-130's at the same time to get 2 immigrant visas goint through the system

In your case you are better off doing the K-3/K-4 visas and then filing your child's I-130 along with I-485 when adjusting status.
